Get into the festive spirit at our Christkindlesmarkt! Enjoy a day filled with holiday cheer, local artisans, holiday foods, and Breakfast with Santa at Letort View Conference Center (LVCC) on Saturday, 7 December from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We are looking for bakers and Christmas artisans to participate in this magical Christmas market! Showcase your unique handcrafted and homemade products and connect with holiday shoppers this season.

Vendor Registration

Early Registration - until 18 October

Outside Booth - (10'x10')booth for $60.00
Inside Booth - (6'x6')booth for $60.00

Registration - until 28 November

Outside Booth - (10'x10') booth for $70.00
Inside Booth - (6'x6') booth for $70.00

Late Registration - after 29 November until 2 December

Outside Booth - (10'x10') booth for $100.00
Inside Booth - (6'x6') booth for $100.00

$25 for Prime Choice Placement

Includes electrical outlet access OR vendor choice placement, on a first come first serve basis.

Outside Booths are available upon request! Outside Booths are a 10' x 10' booth and include a tent, table and chairs.

Indoor Booths are 6' x 6' and do not include tables or chairs, unless specifically rented as additional equipment or provided by the exhibitory themselves.

Equipment Rental:

  • $15 for a table rental
  • $10 for a chair rental

We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your space at the event, and indoor booths are limited.
