Welcome Picnic & Boatyard Wars

You are invited to the Carlisle Barracks Welcome Picnic & Boatyard Wars on 8 August 2025 from 4:00-9:00 p.m!

Welcome Picnic will be held at Letort View Conference Center (LVCC) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Enter LVCC at the front of the building to pick up your picnic meals.

Bring the whole family out for an unforgettable evening of food, fun, and friendly competition! Enjoy delicious eats, live music by Mr. B, yard games for all ages, and the epic Boatyard Wars race you won’t want to miss!

Competing in Boatyard Wars is free mandatory fun for all AY26 STUDENTS! Come cheer your team to victory!

PLEASE REMEMBER: Splash Zone Pool will be closing at 3:00p.m. on Friday in support of Boatyard Wars & Welcome Picnic.
