Child & Youth Services (CYS) invites all ghouls, goblins, and superheroes ages 18 and under to join the annual Halloween Parade—a celebration of costumes, family time, and festive thrills.

🧛‍♂️ Whether you're crafting a DIY masterpiece or rocking a pop culture icon, this is your moment to shine. Parade your costume around MT. Pleasant Field, wow the judges, and maybe even take home a prize!

• 4:30 PM – Parade Line-Up on MT. Pleasant Field
• 5:00 PM – Halloween Parade kicks off
• 5:30 PM – Costume Contest Awards
• 6:00–8:00 PM – Trick-or-Treating on post
