2026 Winter Basketball League

• Games are held Saturday mornings; younger divisions play earlier
• Weekly practice day and times determined by volunteer coaches
• League season starts: 5 January - 7 March 2026
• Developmental Basketball season: 6 January - 3 February 2026 (Tuesdays) 

Parent Orientation: Monday, 15 December at 5:00 p.m. at McConnell Youth Center

Developmental Basketball (4-6 year olds):

• 5 week Instructional Basketball Program held at McConnell Gym
• 50 minute sessions that meet once per week on Tuesdays
• Focus is on introducing game play and skill building

Skills Clinic/Game Play League (1st-2nd Grade)

• Hybrid program that combines weekly skill building with weekly team practices, while also incorporating gameplay
• First 4 weeks skill clinics and team practices. Focus on skills development and introduction to game play. 
• Second 4 weeks - weekly practice and Saturday games
• Program held at McConnell Youth Center

3rd-5th Grade League

• Weekly practices and games for approximately 8 weeks
• All practices and games held at McConnell Youth Center
• Practices scheduled between 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Games scheduled for Saturday mornings 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Middle School (6th - 8th Grade) League

• Weekly practices and games for approximately 8 weeks
• All practices and games held at McConnell Youth Center
• Practices scheduled between 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Games scheduled for Saturday mornings 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
