Challenge yourself to TRX 40/40 by doubling your max effort repetitions of TRX Atomic Push-Up and TRX Low Row by day 14 and day 28!

Accept the Challenge

  • Pick up a log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
  • First day test for max effort to set base level.
  • Every 14 days perform a max effort test.
  • Work to double your repetitions.
  • Record the repetitions, exercise, and days.
  • Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.
