Challenge yourself to TRX 40/40 by doubling your max effort repetitions of TRX Atomic Push-Up and TRX Low Row by day 14 and day 28!
Accept the Challenge
- Pick up a log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
- First day test for max effort to set base level.
- Every 14 days perform a max effort test.
- Work to double your repetitions.
- Record the repetitions, exercise, and days.
- Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.
