March Challenge

Challenge yourself to grab a buddy/team members and choose a Seminar workout for each week. Complete the workout 5 days out of 7 each week. Over the four weeks complete all four Seminar workouts.

Accept the Challenge

  • Pick up a log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
  • Record the Seminar Workout and days completed.
  • Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.
