Fitness Class - Jim Thorpe Fitness Center
This high powered, total body, conditioning High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout set to music works all major muscle-groups of the body. By using some of the following equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, resistance-bands, Medicine Balls, step platform, AB Dollies, Battle Ropes, Inertia Bands, Agility Ladders and your own body weight. This workout will build your endurance and speed your Metabolism for increased fat-burning. All fitness levels are welcome.
Locker rooms are now open - 2 person maximum at any given time. Classes will be held on the 3rd floor of Jim Thorpe Hall Gym.
Class cost is $3 per class. Methods of payment are credit cards or exact change only. Payment is due the day of the class.
