Christkindlesmarkt: Vendor Registration

Become a vendor at our Christkindlesmarkt! We are looking for local artisans and merchants to participate in this magical Christmas market! Showcase your unique products and homemade goods and connect with holiday shoppers this season. Register by 30 November.

This event is located at Letort View Conference Center (LVCC) on Saturday, 5 December from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is open to the public. Don't miss out on your chance to be part of this wonderful community event.

Vendor food items must be fully prepared. Businesses are permitted and encouraged to give away samples of their products and services.
 

Vendor Registration

We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your space at the event, as slots are limited. Vendor registration closes on 30 November.

Early Registration - until 29 October

Inside Booth - (10'x10')booth for $60.00

Registration - until 30 November

Inside Booth - (10'x10') booth for $70.00

$25 for Premium Choice

Includes electrical outlet access, on a first come first serve basis.

Vendor Space Includes:

• 10' x 10' indoor booth
• One 6-foot table
• Two chairs

Additional Rental Options:

• $15 per table
• $5 per chair

Once you have reserved your booth, further details will be emailed out several weeks before the event. 

Visitors Pass:

Non-DoD ID card holders must obtain installation access to enter Carlisle Barracks. Vendors who do not have a DoD ID card should apply for a Visitor Pass no later than two weeks before the event to allow sufficient processing time.

Visitor passes are valid for 30 days. Please review the Visitor Access Information for requirements and instructions before applying.
