Mark your calendars for the Fall Fest event!

Everyone is invited to come explore creative crafts, hunt for treasures, and discover bargains at the Fall Festival Craft & Yard Sale. Carlisle Barracks Residents will set up in their yard or driveway on post. Craft Vendors and Non-Resident Yard Sale participants will need to register for a space on Indian Field. To register for a space, call 717-245-4048. A bounce house will be available for a bouncy fun time for the kids.

Crafters and Vendors will need to fill out a registration form for Fall Festival. The registration fee is $30 for 15'x15' (approximate) space, table and 2 chairs. The payment must be made at time of registration by credit card at Outdoor Recreation/Leisure Travel Services Office at 842 Sumner Rd., Carlisle or by phone at 717-245-4048. Vendor registration closes Monday, 10 October 2022.

2022 Access Control Form

Due to Installation Force Protection requirements, each Non-Department of Defense (DoD) ID card participant attending the Fall Festival Craft Fair & Yard Sale must complete an Access Control Application. Please remember that each member of your group that is 18 or older must complete the form and submit it with your Vendor Registration Form. Remember to pick up your visitor's pass before the event from the Visitor's Center located at Claremont Gate. The Visitor's Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Each participant will be provided a space by the event coordinator. Participants WILL NOT select their space. Spaces are randomly assigned by the event coordinator in the order the registrants arrive the morning of the event. Once a participant has been assigned a space, they must unload, then immediately move their vehicle to the designated parking lot across the street from the event site. Once the yard sale begins, no other vendors may have access to the event area for safety reasons. No firearms may be displayed or sold. All unsold items must be taken away by the participant. Nothing can be left behind.
