Residents may set up displays in their yards free of charge. Non-resident employees of Carlisle Barracks and interested vendors may contact Outdoor Recreation (717) 245-4616 to reserve a space.
$30 per space. Reserve by August 31 for early bird pricing of $20. Spaces 20'x30'. Payment due at time reservation. Tables, chairs, and tents available to rent.
