Halloween at Carlisle Barracks!

**UPDATE**
We regret to inform you that today’s Halloween Parade is CANCELLED due to inclement weather. In addition, Trick-or-Treating at Carlisle Barracks has been rescheduled to take place tomorrow from 1800 - 2000.
However, the McConnell Youth Center MST Halloween Party (6TH TO 12TH graders) is still taking place tonight. The event will be from 1900 - 2100 at the McConnell Youth Center. Party participants must be registered as members of the McConnell Youth Center.
