Welcome to the Annual Carlisle Barracks Trunk or Treat at Tiki Bar! A favorite fall season event on Post and offers an occasion for fellowship and fun. We are excited to be able to provide this event to our Military families as an opportunity to present your creativity and ingenuity. Enjoy the sites of ghosts and goblins; princesses and fairies; and much more as we celebrate Halloween at the Tiki Bar. Food and drink specials available for purchase starting at 4:00 p.m. DJ Brenden Orth will keep the evening jumping with lively music.
Costumes are encouraged and trunks of candy for the kids.
Trunk or Treat
In partnership with the Tiki Bar and the Carlisle Barracks Spouses' Club (CBSC) is hosting a Halloween Trunk or Treat beginning at 5:30 p.m. The Tiki Bar season is coming to an end, join us for a fun filled evening. Sign up to decorate your trunk for this fun Trunk or Treat evening. Come enjoy the evening exploring the creatively decorated trunks. Kids will go from trunk to trunk discovering the decorating surprises and receiving candy.

What is a Trunk or Treat?
A trunk or treat event has participants gather in one central location (grass around the Tiki Bar & pavilion). The cars get decked out as the kids, and then everyone goes from decorated trunk to decorated trunk to pick up some candy or prizes (and admire the creativity on display).
By participating, you consent to your photo and likeness being published.
Menu:
Italian Sausage Sub - $10
Italian sausage sub served with peppers and onions with chips and cookie.
Grilled Cheeseburger - $11
Grilled cheeseburger customized with your choice of delicious toppings served with chips and cookie.
Hot Dog - $7
Grilled all-beef hot dog customized with your choice of delicious toppings served with chips and cookie.

The Tiki Bar is located behind LVCC (313 Lovell Avenue) next to the Splash Zone Pool, alongside the beautiful Letort Creek.
No outside food or beverage allowed on MWR property per regulation AR215-1 (17).

Trunk registration is due to the Carlisle Barracks Spouses' Club by 10 October 2025.

Trunk or Treating will begin at 5:30 pm.
Carlisle Barracks Spouses' Club will supply 1 piece of candy per child for each organization represented. Estimate is around 150-200 children. Feel free to bring extra, please.
1. Decorate trunk or table or canopy area with ANY Theme suitable for a family friendly Halloween!(nothing too scary or gory). Basic is OK, too! Just come for the fun with plain trunk or table if you'd like.
Canopies must be weighted down properly. Trunks, tables and canopies will be set in the grassy area.
2. Arrive no earlier than 2pm to decorate if needed. Arrive NLT 4:30 pm if using trunk. Please do not leave grass area with car after 4:30 pm. Trunks and candy should be ready and decorated NLT 5:15 pm. Unless authorized by a CBSC official, please do not leave before 8pm due to safety concerns.
