December Challenge

Challenge yourself to complete all workouts which must be completed in one workout standing starting 2 December until 20 December! 

Accept the Challenge

  • Print out or pick up an activity checklist and challenge log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
  • Record the 9 workouts. 
  • Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.

See the calendar for listed activities to complete. Check off each quick fix activity as you complete the challenge until all quick fix activities are completed.

  • 2 December - 12 Minute (EOM) every minute on the minute
  • 4 December - 60 Thrusters
  • 6 December - 5,500 Meter Row
  • 9 December 600 Meter Farmer's Carry: 6 each 100 meters
    • Females: 20-30lbs KB/DB
    • Males: 45-60lbs KB/DB
  • 11 December - 50 Hand Release Push-Ups
    • Modification: Kneeling Push-Ups
  • 13 December - 6,000 Meter Row
  • 16 December - 3 Each 40 Second Planks
    • Modification: Kneeling Planks
  • 18 December - 2 Mile Run/Walk
  • 20 December - 6,500 Meter Row
