March Challenge

Deadlift Challenge is to increase your max deadlift weight by day 30.

Accept the Challenge

  • Print out or pick up a log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
  • Record the Workout and days completed.
  • Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.

Select the workout with your buddy/team members and complete a seminar workout. Record on the log sheet your workout and days completed.
