Deadlift Challenge is to increase your max deadlift weight by day 30.
Accept the Challenge
- Print out or pick up a log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
- Record the Workout and days completed.
- Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.
Select the workout with your buddy/team members and complete a seminar workout. Record on the log sheet your workout and days completed.
