March Challenge
Consists of four team building workouts with a buddy/team members complete at least one seminar workout each week. Workouts are short, fast, and lots of fun.
Accept the Challenge
- Print out or pick up a log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
- Record the Seminar Workout and days completed.
- Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.

Select the workout with your buddy/team members and complete a seminar workout. Record on the log sheet your workout and days completed.
Workout 1:
Complete 4 Rounds:
Exercises per round:
- 10 Overhead Press
- 10 Hang Power Clean
- 10 Pushups
- Run 3 Laps
Workout 2:
Complete 4 Rounds:
Exercises per round:
- 10 Front Squats
- 10 KB Swings
- 40 Meter Sled Drag
- Run 3 Laps
Workout 3:
Complete 5 Rounds
Reduce by 2 Snatches & Knee to Elbows exercises for each round
Exercises per round:
- 10 Hang Power Snatches
- 20 Knee to Elbows/Knee Tucks Ladder
- Run 1 Lap
2nd Round:
- 8 Snatches
- 8 Knee to Elbows
- Run 1 Lap
3rd Round:
- 6 Snatches
- 6 Knee to Elbows
- Run 1 Lap
Workout 4:
Exercises:
- 12 Reps Bench Press
- Sprint 20 meters tap line & Sprint back
- Sled Drag 20 meters turn & return the sled to start line
- Lateral skip 20 meters touch line & return with a lateral
- KB carry 20 meters & return to the start line
- Sprint 20 meters touch line@ return to start line
