Monthly Fitness Challenge: March Seminar Workouts

March Challenge

Consists of four team building workouts with a buddy/team members complete at least one seminar workout each week. Workouts are short, fast, and lots of fun.

Accept the Challenge

  • Print out or pick up a log at Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.
  • Record the Seminar Workout and days completed.
  • Verify your entries with the attendant at the front desk.

Select the workout with your buddy/team members and complete a seminar workout. Record on the log sheet your workout and days completed.

Workout 1:

Complete 4 Rounds:

Exercises per round:

  • 10 Overhead Press
  • 10 Hang Power Clean
  • 10 Pushups 
  • Run 3 Laps

Workout 2:

Complete 4 Rounds:

Exercises per round:

  • 10 Front Squats
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 40 Meter Sled Drag
  • Run 3 Laps

Workout 3:

Complete 5 Rounds

Reduce by 2 Snatches & Knee to Elbows exercises for each round

Exercises per round:

  • 10 Hang Power Snatches
  • 20 Knee to Elbows/Knee Tucks Ladder
  • Run 1 Lap

2nd Round:

  • 8 Snatches
  • 8 Knee to Elbows
  • Run 1 Lap

3rd Round:

  • 6 Snatches
  • 6 Knee to Elbows
  • Run 1 Lap

Workout 4:

Exercises:

  • 12 Reps Bench Press
  • Sprint 20 meters tap line & Sprint back
  • Sled Drag 20 meters turn & return the sled to start line
  • Lateral skip 20 meters touch line & return with a lateral
  • KB carry 20 meters & return to the start line
  • Sprint 20 meters touch line@ return to start line
