For Post admission, Non-DoD ID card holders need an installation access pass and a valid ID, need a completed Access Control Application and a valid ID to enter Carlisle Barracks. For more information, visit the Visitor Center website or call 717-245-3721. Failure to get an installation pass

 

For Post Admission: Non-DOD ID card holders 18 years and older need an Installation Access Pass and a valid ID to enter Carlisle Barracks. Please go to the Visitor Center website for information on how to obtain a pass. If you have any questions, please call the Visitor Center at 717-245-3721/3725/3733. The Visitor Center is open M-F 0700-1700.

Failure to get an installation access pass will delay entry to Carlisle Barracks.
