Attention Carlisle Barracks Community,

On July 14 and 15, due to increased security requirements, physical access to Carlisle Barracks will be restricted to mission-essential personnel and current residents on a pre-approved list. All commercial vehicles are barred, all on-post services will be closed, and maximum telework or liberal leave is authorized.

Key Operational Impacts and Required Actions:

Installation Access: Entry is strictly restricted to a pre-approved Access Control List. Only Balfour Beatty Communities (BBC) residents, family members, and mission-essential staff on the pre-approved list may enter. Personnel not on the pre-approved list will be denied entry. The access control points will have a list of all current Carlisle Barracks residents. Bring a valid DoW or approved ID and expect major gate delays due to 100% ID checks.

On-Post Services: All services will be closed completely, including the Commissary, the Exchange, and all other installation support functions.
