The TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) Yoga offers a combination of TRX Suspension Training with the elements of Viniyasa Yoga. This class will improve balance and coordination, increase mobility, and teach clients how to engage and fire up the correct muscles needed to create a fuller expression of a yoga posture. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Cost

Class cost is $5 per class. Method of payment is credit/debit cards only. Payment is due the day of the class.

Registration Information

Recommend anyone attending a fitness class show up 10 minutes prior to the start of each class to pay for the classes or for time to warm up. To register for a class, please call Jim Thorpe Gym at 717-245-3418.
