Welcome Picnic & Boatyard Wars

You are invited to the Carlisle Barracks Welcome Picnic & Boatyard Wars on 12 August 2022 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for Welcome Picnic at the following locations the Joint Deli in Root Hall and the Tiki Bar. It is highly recommended that you skip the lines and purchase your tickets tomorrow, 11 August! Tickets will be available for purchase at the following locations: Bliss Hall entryway from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.; the Joint Deli from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; and the Tiki Bar from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. The price is $15 for adults (11 - older), $8 for children (4 - 10), and Children 3 and under FREE. 

Bring your entire family for an enjoyable and exciting evening! 

PLEASE REMEMBER: Splash Zone Pool will be closed on Friday in support of Boatyard Wars & Welcome Picnic. 

Welcome Picnic will be held at Letort View Community Center start at 5:30 on 12 August 2022. The menu is:  Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Cheeseburgers, Hamburgers, All Beef Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Macaroni Salad, Bag of Chips, Ice Cream, and Bottled Beverages.

Following the Welcome Picnic will be the Boatyard Wars in the Splash Zone Pool. Come cheer your team to victory.
