Explore three local wineries in Hershey and Harrisburg Pennsylvania:
-
The Vineyard at Hershey - A Taste of Passion: Discover the artistry of winemaking at The Vineyard at Hershey, where whimsical whites, bold reds, and everything in between are handcrafted with care. Producing over 60,000 bottles annually, the winery stays true to its philosophy: the finest wines come from passionate attention to detail and small‑batch production.
The VIP Tour & Tasting offers an exclusive look at the vineyard and brewery, blending history, heritage, and flavor from grape and grain to glass. Step into the Farmhouse Tasting Room, where your journey begins with a welcome pour in a souvenir glass and the inspiring story of how the vineyard began in 2012. From there, stroll to the Brewery’s Upper Deck overlooking the 40‑acre farm, then head behind the scenes to the Production Center to see how award‑winning wines and ciders are crafted. Your experience concludes with a curated wine flight of four samples — dry or sweet — each paired with a locally crafted cheese bite, a piece of Hershey’s chocolate, or dried fruit.
-
Nissley Vineyard Winery - Tradition Meets Tranquility: Nestled in the Lancaster Valley, Nissley Vineyard offers a picturesque escape where history and nature blend seamlessly. As you travel down Vintage Drive, you’ll be greeted by rolling grapevines, stone bridges, and the charm of an 18th‑century mill — a serene oasis worlds apart from the bustle of everyday life.
In winter, sip by cozy fireplaces and fire pits; in summer, relax on shady patios, grassy lawns, or beneath the arches of the winery. Guests can enjoy wine tastings year‑round, with nearly all Nissley wines available to sample. Each tasting flight is guided by knowledgeable staff ready to help you discover the perfect wine for your palate.
Founded in the 1970s by J. Richard Nissley and family, the vineyard has grown into an award‑winning winery known for its pioneering spirit and dedication to Pennsylvania winemaking. Today, the Nissley legacy continues with vibrant events, extension shops, and exceptional wines crafted with passion and care.
-
Grandview Vineyard Winery - God, Grace & Grit: Set against the backdrop of Central Pennsylvania’s natural charm, Grandview Vineyard is a family‑owned winery dedicated to crafting premium, locally grown wines and creating unforgettable experiences. Founded by Scott and Sarah Haines, Grandview blends passion, tradition, and innovation to raise the reputation of Pennsylvania wine.
Visitors are welcomed into a warm atmosphere of hospitality and community, where sharing a glass of wine becomes a cherished memory. The vineyard’s unique Bedington soil and thoughtful orientation maximize sun exposure, producing grapes of exceptional flavor. Every detail — from canopy management to hand‑picking — reflects the care and dedication behind each bottle.
Enjoy tastings in the inviting tasting room or on the expansive deck overlooking five acres of vines and farmland. Pair wines with local cheese and chocolate, join weekend tours, or relax by seasonal fire pits with friends. Beyond wine, Grandview offers craft cocktails, local brews, and a welcoming space that captures the beauty of Central PA.
Leisure Travel Services (LTS) offers small group trips serving 8 to 12 participants. Our customized small group trips feature an intimate setting to explore and experience areas in the local communities.
