Yoga

Yoga is for everyone and everybody. Each class we begin with the breath. Then with Vinyasa flows we will warm up the body encouraging flexibility and strength. From there, we will work up to a more Hatha style of holding poses, aligning the mind, body and spirit. The ending if the class will be with finals relaxation methods. Start where you are - everyone's journey is different. Class is a 45 - 60 minutes in length.

Patrons must pre-register for fitness classes. No walk-ins are allowed. To register for the class please call Jim Thorpe Gym at 717-245-3418. They will start taking class reservations on Wednesday, 9 September at noon. Class cost is $3 per class. Methods of payment are credit cards or exact change only. Payment is due the day of the class. All classes are limited to 18 people.

Please come dressed for class, locker rooms are closed. Please bring your own yoga mat to class. Classes will be held on the tennis court.
