Fitness Class - Jim Thorpe Fitness Center

Reasons to do yoga. Yoga is a powerful mindfulness practice, it will give you 60 minutes of time for just you. You will increase your flexibility while building strength. Yoga keeps your joints healthy and will reduce your stress. 

Yoga is for everyone and everybody.  Each class we will begin with the breath. Then with Vinyasa flows we will warm up the body encouraging flexibility and strength.  From there, we will work up to a more Hatha style of holding poses, aligning the mind, body, and spirit. The ending of the class will be with final relaxation methods.  Start where you are - everyone's journey is different!

Classes will be held on the 3rd floor of Jim Thorpe Fitness Center.


Class cost is $5 per class. Method of payment is credit cards only. Payment is due the day of the class.
