Join our Youth Judo Class, where students learn real martial arts skills in a supportive, high‑energy environment designed for every experience level.

About the Program

March 24 – May 12, 2026

Tuesdays, 5:30–6:30 PM

Led by USJA‑certified Coach Kenneth Litoff, students will train in Kodokan/Olympic‑style Judo, the world‑recognized form of the sport. Whether your child is brand‑new to martial arts or already experienced, this class offers a safe, structured, and exciting place to grow.

What Students Will Learn

Under Coach Litoff’s expert instruction, participants will practice:

  • Judo throws
  • Hold downs and grappling techniques
  • Joint locks and chokes
  • Optional competitive belt progression through USJA (membership not required)

  • Ages: 7–17
  • Attire: Judo Gi or workout clothing with long sleeves and sweatpants

Important: Participants must be CYS pass holders and have a valid sports physical on file before attending.
