The I&R program is the main source for integrated information on Carlisle Barracks and the surrounding communities. I&R assesses each individual's situation and makes a referral to the appropriate military or civilian agency.

The Intramural Sports Office coordinates intramural athletics for basketball, softball, flag football, and volleyball.

Jim Thorpe Fitness Center offers group classes, indoor track, cardio and weight equipment.

The Carlisle Barracks Leisure Travel Services Office is available to assist patrons with discounted tickets to many attractions and theme parks. Carlisle Barracks LTS works with the Military Ticket Program (MTP) to provide attraction ticketing throughout the US and with the Joint Services Travel Program (JSTP) to provide Vacation Packaging.  

Letort View Conference Center is located at the historic Carlisle Barracks and offers a charming, magnificent venue for your:

• Wedding
• Retirement ceremony
• Conference
• Any special occasion

School Age Care (SAC) provide care for grades K-5 during:

• Before school only
• After school only
• Before school and after school
• Occasional care (daily and hourly*)
• School closures
• Seasonal and holiday school breaks
• Summer Camp (1st - 5th graders)

The Middle School Teen (MST) is a free CYS-designated program designed to accommodate youth who are grades 6th-12th (typically 11-18 years of age). Activities of the Middle School program are of a more advanced level than those of the School Age Care (SAC). MST activities are challenging and educational.

Free programs are offered after school, but nominal fees may be charged for special activities. 

The club also participates in numerous community activities. The activities and events offered by the MST program focus on the following basic service areas:

• Sports, fitness and recreation
• The arts
• Character and leadership
• Education and career development
• Health, wellness and life skills
