MWR and Carlisle Barracks Spouses Club (CBSC) annual Halloween Trunk or Treat had a beautiful evening this year. Children and Families of Army War College students and permanent party stationed at Carlisle Barracks participated in the annual Halloween Trunk or Treat and Costume Contest. Costumes were judged for best costume for multiple categories for ages 0-5 years, 6-12 years, 13-17 years, 18+ years, family/group, and pets. Congratulations to all participants who were spooktacularly attired.
