Maximum of six (6) tickets per qualifying US Military ID may be purchased at military ticket and travel offices at a time and exchanged at the Universal Orlando front gate ticket or guest services window.

Activation Guidelines

The Military Promotional Tickets must be presented and exchanged at the Front Gate Ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resort Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels for validation/activation. The following guidelines must be followed to exchange the promotional tickets:

1. An eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID must be present to conduct the ticket exchange for their entire party at the theme park front gate ticket window or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels.

2. Each eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID can exchange a MAXIMUM of 6 promotional tickets at the front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels.

Maximum of (6) tickets per qualifying US Military ID may be purchase at military ticket offices at a time and exchanged at the Universal Front Gate ticket or Guest Services window. Military ID must match name on ticket. One of the six (6) Tickets purchased must be used by the Eligible Service Member or his/her spouse.

Qualified to purchase these special promotion tickets:

• Active or Retired U.S. Military
• National Guard
• Reservists
• U.S. Coast Guard who possess a valid military photo ID
• Spouse of Eligible Service Members
• DOD Civilians with valid ID
• 100% Disabled Veteran

Tickets must be used by the same person on all days; tickets are Non-Transferable

These tickets are NOT available to Contractors or Foreign Military (note: International Fellows with U.S. Military ID card (CAC card) can NOT utilize these tickets.

2 Park “2025 Military Freedom Pass” Promotional Ticket:

The 2-Park Military “2025 Freedom Pass” Promotional Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH Universal Studios Florida, AND Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks on the same day. Ticket is valid for use November 14, 2024 through and including December 19, 2025, with the exception of blackout dates which include December 21, 2024, THRU-January 2, 2025 & April 14-20, 2025. Ticket expires in full December 19, 2025. Excludes separately ticketed events. Guest must present a valid Military ID at time of purchase, at time of the exchange at either Universal Studios Florida, or Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park ticket sales window, and upon redemption at both Universal Studios Florida, and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks. Unused days shall be forfeited. Additional restrictions may apply. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort. Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, the Blue Man Group show, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Eligible Military Service Member or spouse can only exchange one (1) Military Promotional ticket in their name per calendar year.   Once Eligible Service Member or spouse has exchanged a ticket in their name, additional 2025 Military Promotional tickets can be purchased only at the location of original purchase and only if 6 tickets have not been activated. These must be exchanged by eligible service member or spouse for the same calendar year.

Military promotional tickets are not available for purchase at Universal Orlando theme park front gate ticket windows.

Tickets do not include admission to Epic Universe (options will be available for tickets closer to opening date of May 22, 2025)

Tickets do not include parking.

All sales are final and non-refundable.
