Maximum of six (6) tickets per qualifying US Military ID may be purchased at military ticket and travel offices at a time and exchanged at the Universal Orlando front gate ticket or guest services window.

Activation Guidelines

The Military Promotional Tickets must be presented and exchanged at the Front Gate Ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resort Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels for validation/activation. The following guidelines must be followed to exchange the promotional tickets:

1. An eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID must be present to conduct the ticket exchange for their entire party at the theme park front gate ticket window or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels.

2. Each eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID can exchange a MAXIMUM of 6 promotional tickets at the front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels. One of the six (6) Tickets purchased must be used by the Eligible Service Member or spouse.

Qualified to purchase these special promotion tickets:

• Active or Retired U.S. Military
• National Guard
• Reservists
• U.S. Coast Guard who possess a valid military photo ID
• Spouse of Eligible Service Members
• DOD Civilians with valid ID (qualifying Defense Enrollment Eligiblity Reporting System (DEERS) issued photo identification card
• 100% Disabled Veteran

Tickets must be used by the same person on all days; tickets are Non-Transferable

These tickets are NOT available to Contractors or Foreign Military (note: International Fellows with U.S. Military ID card (CAC card) can NOT utilize these tickets, NOAA, US Public Health Services, Department of Homeland Security, Divorced Spouses, Child Dependents, DoD Civilian (Ret), or any Veterans NOT retired or NOT 100% Disabled.

2 Park “2026 Military Freedom Pass” Promotional Ticket:

The 2-Park Military 2026 Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH Universal Studios Florida AND Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks on the same day. Ticket is valid for use November 13, 2025, through and including December 18, 2026. Ticket expires in full December 18, 2026. Blockout dates apply. Excludes separately ticketed events. Guest must present a valid DEERS issued photo ID at time of purchase, at time of the exchange at either Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure theme park ticket sales window, and upon redemption at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks. Unused days shall be forfeited. Additional restrictions may apply. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’).  Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise.  Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid DEERS issued Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice. Valid at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure from 11/13/2025 to 12/18/2026.

Expires in full 12/18/2026.

Eligible Military Service Member or spouse can only exchange one (1) Military Promotional ticket in their name per calendar year.   Once Eligible Service Member or spouse has exchanged a ticket in their name, additional 2025 Military Promotional tickets can be purchased only at the location of original purchase and only if 6 tickets have not been activated. These must be exchanged by eligible service member or spouse for the same calendar year.

Military promotional tickets are not available for purchase at Universal Orlando theme park front gate ticket windows.

3 Park “2026 Military Freedom Pass” Promotional Ticket:

The 3-Park Military 2026 Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure AND Universal Volcano Bay theme parks on the same day. Ticket is valid for use November 13, 2025 through and including December 18, 2026 Ticket expires in full December 18, 2026. Blockout dates apply. Excludes separately ticketed events. Universal Epic Universe 2026 Military Freedom Pass Add-on Ticket

Military Freedom Pass Holders, experience Universal Orlando Resort’s newest theme park with special access to 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets. Discover five amazing new worlds.

An activated 2026 Military Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket is required at time of purchase of the 1-Day Universal Epic Universe ticket. Linked Military Freedom Pass and Military ID are required for entry at the park. Limit one (1) 1-Day Universal Epic Universe ticket per day per Pass. Ticket prices and availability vary by day. Daily pricing is visible within the Web Store price calendar to see exact ticket price for your preferred day of visitation. One (1) add-on ticket per date per Pass; limit six (6) tickets per transaction. Additional restrictions apply.

1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket
The 1-Day Epic Universe Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe theme park on one (1) calendar day. The ticket is valid only on the date selected and printed on the ticket.

Tickets do not include parking.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

The following guidelines must be followed to exchange the promotional tickets:

“Eligible Military Member” valid DEERS issued photo ID must be present to conduct the ticket exchange for their entire order at the theme park Front Gate Ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resort Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels for validation. Each Universal Orlando Military Promotional Ticket must be used by the same person; Tickets are NON-Transferable.

Participating military sales outlets must require that “Eligible Service Members” verify valid DEERS issued photo identification to purchase Universal Orlando Military Promotional Tickets.

Each “Eligible Military Member” with valid and qualifying DEERS photo ID can exchange a MAXIMUM of six (6) 2026 Military Freedom Pass promotional tickets at the front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels. One of the six (6) Tickets purchased MUST be used by the Eligible Service Member.

PLEASE NOTE: If the “Eligible Military Member” does not purchase the maximum of six (6) 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets in their initial purchase, they can return to the military ticket office that sold them the ORIGINAL 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets to purchase the remaining tickets not to exceed 6 total. The Eligible Military Member MUST present their original 2026 Military Freedom Pass promotional ticket AND their valid and qualifying DEERS photo ID to exchange the additional 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets at the theme park front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Universal Vacation Planning desk.

2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets are only available for purchase at authorized Military Ticket & Travel offices. These tickets are NOT available for sale at the Universal Orlando Front gate or online.

PLEASE NOTE: The Military Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket is not a Universal Orlando Annual Pass and therefore, unless otherwise stated, guests are not entitled to Annual Pass Holder perks/benefits, including but not limited to: Early Park Admission, Food and Merchandise Discounts, Free Parking, Annual Pass Holder Lounges/Events, etc.
