It is that time of year to sign up for the annual Carlisle Barracks MWR Welcome Expo. All Off-Post Vendors* and On-Post Vendors are cordially invited to attend this year's event which will take place on 7 August from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The Welcome Expo will occur inside the Letort View Conference Center (LVCC) and outside at the Wheel Lock Band Stand. An average of 1,500 soldiers, civilians, and family members pass through the Welcome Expo.

All registrations are online only.
This is an information expo only. No sales will be permitted and there will be no preparation of food on the premises. All food must be brought fully prepared. Use of a heating lamp or other heating devices is permitted. All food vendors will be in a 10 x 10 outside space at The Wheel Lock Band Stand. Businesses are permitted and encouraged to give away samples of their products and services, ALCOHOL SAMPLES ARE PROHIBITED.
For those interested in participating, registration runs through 5 August. Please use the registration link to complete the online registration and payment. This event will be rain or shine.
The registration fees and important dates:
- July 23: Early Registration - $75
- July 24-31: Late Registration - $100
- August 1-5: Final Registration cut-off for all registrations - $120
- August 6: Early Vendor Set-Up Early Vendor Set-Up (2 pm-7 pm)
- August 7: Vendor Set-Up (6 am-8:30 am) Event will start at 9 am. Latecomers will not be permitted to set-up due to safety concerns.
Due to Installation Force Protection requirements, each Non-Department of Defense (DoD) ID card participant attending the Welcome Expo must complete an Access Control Application. Go to this website to access and complete online Access Control Application form. Please remember that each member of your group that is 18 or older must complete the form and submit it. If you have any questions about this form, please contact our team at the Welcome Expo Team email. Forms must be submitted by 26 July. Remember to pick up your visitor's pass before the event from the Visitor's Center located at Claremont Gate. The Visitor's Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Cost
$75.00 per spot until 23 July.
Late registration from 24 July 2023 to 31 July is $100.
Final Registration from 1 August to 5 August is $120.00
Each space will be furnished with a table and two chairs.
NO REFUNDS.
MWR equipment is available for rent for a fee. Request for additional MWR equipment is submitted with registration application.
