Eligibility: All Active Duty and their family members who are 19 years of age, out of high school and not participating in a like program in college, and who are in possession of a valid Military Dependant ID card are eligible to participate in these programs. Retired Military in possession of a valid ID card, and civilian employees of Carlisle Barracks are also authorized.
