Korean Beef Bulgogi
Beef Bulgogi (called "fire meat") is thin, marinated slices of meat, most commonly beef, grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. It can also be stir-fried in a pan in home cooking. Sirloin and rib eye are frequently used cuts of beef for the dish.
Cucumber Kimchi is a traditional Korean banchan consisting of salted and fermented vegetables, Kimchi is a staple food in Korean cuisine and is eaten as a side dish with almost every Korean meal
Yaki Mandu - Mandu is a Korean dumpling that can be steamed or fried. They look a lot like pot-stickers. Yaki means fried and Mandu means dumpling in Korean. They're great for parties or as an appetizer.
Sticky White Rice Glutinous rice, sweet rice or waxy rice is a type of rice grown mainly in Southeast and East Asia, and the northeastern regions of South Asia, which has opaque grains, very low amylose content, and is especially sticky when cooked. It is widely consumed across Asia. It is called glutinous in the sense of being glue-like or sticky, and not in the sense of containing gluten (which it does not).
