Child & Youth Services (CYS) Annual Halloween Parade started rainy this year but quickly stopped for our parade. Children and Families of Army War College students and permanent party stationed at Carlisle Barracks participated in the annual Halloween Parade located at Indian Field. Children dressed up in their Halloween costumes prior to trick-or-treating and walked around the parade field. Costumes were judged based on most creative, spookiest, cutest, best family, and best pet. Prizes were awarded to the winners. Thank you to ACS and Strike Zone Bowling Center for providing treats. This family friendly event helped enhance community morale while supporting the mission of Carlisle Barracks.
