Child & Youth Services Annual Halloween Parade Photo Gallery

What a fantastic fall day for this year's Child & Youth Services (CYS) Annual Halloween Parade at Mt. Pleasant Field! Families from the Army War College and Carlisle Barracks community came together for an afternoon filled with costumes, laughter, and fall fun.

Children proudly showcased their Halloween costumes before taking part in the parade, with entries judged in categories including Most Creative, Spookiest, Cutest, Best Family Costume, and Best Pet Costume. Congratulations to all of our winners who took home prizes for their outstanding Halloween spirit!

The fun continued at the Fall Fun Night after party, generously hosted by Strike Zone Bowling Center. Families enjoyed bowling, games, gathering around the fire pit, and making delicious s'mores while creating lasting memories with friends and neighbors.

This special event highlighted the strong sense of community at Carlisle Barracks by bringing families together for a day of fun, friendship, and celebration. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event such a success!
