Mark your calendar—it’s time to thrive!

Recommend anyone attending a fitness class show up 10 minutes prior to the start of each class to pay for the classes or for time to warm up. To register for the class, please call Thorpe Gym at 571-821-8485. Class cost is $5 per class. Payment is credit cards (VISA/MC/AMEX) only. No cash accepted. Payment is due the day of the class. Classes will be on the 3rd floor of Jim Thorpe Hall Gym.

Performance Fitness

60 Minute Class | $5 per person/class

Performance Fitness is varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All Performance Fitness workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more.

Body Blast

60 Minute Class | $5 per person/class

This high powered, total body, conditioning HITT works all major muscle-groups of the body. Props utilized include dumbbells, body bars, resistance-tubing, Medicine Ball, step platform, Ab dolly, agility ladders and your own body weight.

Lift

30 Minute Class | $5 per person/class

Lift is a 30-minute weightlifting program designed to build strength, muscle, and endurance. It typically includes weighted exercises, sets, and repetitions with varying intensity and frequency to help participants reach their goals.

Yoga

60 Minute Class | $5 per person/class

Yoga is a powerful mindfulness practice and increases flexibility while building strength. Yoga keeps your joints healthy and reduces stress.

Boot Camp

60 Minute Class | $5 per person/class

Based on professional kickboxing disciplines, coaching science, and mixed Martial arts training concepts, Cardio kick-boxing for fitness uses sports specific techniques with equipment and is the top calorie-burning workout at an average of 1000 calories per hour.

Cost

$5 per class

Payment is credit card (VISA/MC/AMEX) only. No cash accepted. Payment is due the day of the class. 

To participate in classes, clients must sign up for a free gym membership and then purchase a class pass. Walk-ins are welcome and classes are open level to encourage participation of clients with varying fitness level.

 

Individual Packages/Unlimited Classes Included

$40 monthly (30 calendar days)/per person

$225 yearly (12 months)/per person

 

Family Packages/Unlimited Classes Included

There is no limit to the number of family members on a family pass.

$55 monthly (30 calendar days)/per family

$375 yearly (12 months)/per family
