Latest pick-ups for large orders and large equipment is 3:00 pm. Special arrangements need to be made when reserving rentals for a pick-up after 3:00 pm.
Minimum of 2 people needed to lift all bounce houses. Customers are responsible for loading and unloading the bounce houses from personal vehicles.
Staff will assist when available.
