Become a vendor at our Christkindlesmarkt! We are looking for local artisans and crafters to participate in this magical Christmas market! Showcase your unique handcrafted and homemade products and connect with holiday shoppers this season. Register by 2 December.

This event is located at Letort View Conference Center (LVCC) on Saturday, 6 December from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is open to the public. Join us for a magical holiday experience with Breakfast with Santa! Don't miss out on your chance to be part of this wonderful community event.

Vendor food items must be fully prepared. Businesses are permitted and encouraged to give away samples of their products and services.

Early Registration - until 24 October

Inside Booth - (6'x6')booth for $60.00

Registration - until 28 November

Inside Booth - (6'x6') booth for $70.00

Late Registration - after 29 November until 2 December

Inside Booth - (6'x6') booth for $100.00

$25 for Prime Choice Placement

Includes electrical outlet access OR vendor choice placement, on a first come first serve basis.

Indoor Booths are 6' x 6' and do not include tables or chairs, unless specifically rented as additional equipment or provided by the exhibitory themselves.

Equipment Rental:

• $15 for a table rental
• $10 for a chair rental

Access Control Application

Due to Installation Force Protection requirements, each Non-Department of Defense (DoD) ID card participant attending the Christkindlesmarkt must complete an Access Control Application. Go to this website to access and complete online Access Control Application form. Please remember that each member of your group that is 18 or older must complete the form and submit it. Forms must be submitted by 1 December 2025. Remember to pick up your visitor's pass before the event from the Visitor's Center located at Claremont Gate. The Visitor's Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
