Lift is a 30-minute weightlifting program designed to build strength, muscle, and endurance. It typically includes weighted exercises, sets, and repetitions with varying intensity and frequency to help participants reach their goals.

Boot Camp

Based on professional kickboxing disciplines, coaching science, and mixed Martial arts training concepts, Cardio kick-boxing for fitness uses sports specific techniques with equipment and is the top calorie-burning workout at an average of 1000 calories per hour.

Cost

Walk-ins are welcome and classes are open level to encourage participation of clients with varying fitness level.

Payment is credit cards only. Payment is due the day of the class. 

Clients must sign up for a free gym membership and then purchase a class package.

  • Individual Monthly Unlimited (30 calendar days) Package – $40
  • Individual Yearly Unlimited (12 months) Package – $225
  • Family Monthly Unlimited (30 calendar days) Package – $55
    • There is no limit to the number of family members on a family pass
  • Family Yearly Unlimited (12 months) Package – $375
    • There is no limit to the number of family members on a family pass
Registration Information

Recommend anyone attending a fitness class show up 10 minutes prior to the start of each class to pay for the classes or for time to warm up. To register for the class please call Thorpe Gym at 571-821-8485.
