The annual MWR Halloween Trunk or Treat was a spooktacular success, made even better by a beautiful evening at Carlisle Barracks! Children and families from the U.S. Army War College and the Carlisle Barracks community came together for a night filled with Halloween fun, creative costumes, and festive trunk displays.
Participants showcased their imagination in their costumes and Trunk Decorating Contest, with prizes awarded for outstanding creativity and Halloween spirit. Congratulations to all of our trunk participants who went all out with their hauntingly creative and spooktacular trunk displays!
