The School Age Program (SAC) has begun the COA re‑accreditation process as we prepare for our site visit on  4 May 2026. This process helps us demonstrate quality across several key standards, including:

• Administration & Management
• Human Resources
• Administrative & Service Environment
• Client Rights
• Training & Supervision
• Out‑of‑School Services

As part of this effort, this is a notification to our families, staff, and community partners that the Report a Concern link is provided on our SAC Information and Accreditation pages.

This link offers a confidential and accessible way to share concerns, observations, or feedback that may help strengthen our program and support COA’s comprehensive assessment. Submit a report between 9 April to 30 April.

By engaging with the Report a Concern process, you help us uphold our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement—all essential to delivering the highest quality care and services for our children and families.
