📋 Pool Rental Requirements & Details
To keep your event running smoothly, here’s everything you need to know:

Reservation Request: All requests must be submitted in writing to the Splash Zone Pool Manager at least 2 weeks in advance.

Private Use Hours: Rentals are available after the pool closes to the public, from 6–10 p.m., June through August.

Rental Rate: $100 per hour, 2‑hour minimum, reserved at least 2 weeks ahead.

Deposit: A $50 non‑refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. If the pool closes due to inclement weather, the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations: Must be received 48 hours before the event for a full refund.

Sponsor Responsibility: The event sponsor is responsible for guest conduct and ensuring all pool rules are followed.

Pavilion Included: Use of the pavilion next to Splash Zone is included. All trash must be placed in the dumpsters behind Letort View Conference Center (LVCC).
