The latest pick-up time for large orders and equipment is 2:45 PM. If you need to pick up a rental after 2:45 PM, special arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.
Minimum of 2 people needed to lift all 10' x 20' canopies. Customers are responsible for loading and unloading the 10' x 20' canopies from personal vehicles.
The ODR staff is happy to assist you, but please remember that your vehicle, trailer, or SUV is your responsibility, and we are not liable for any damage.
