Must reserve all food equipment, same day rentals will be subject to availability.
Minimum of 2 people needed to lift all generators and most bounce houses. Customers are responsible for loading and unloading the generators and bounce houses to/from personal vehicles.
The latest pick-up time for large orders and equipment is 2:45 PM. If you need to pick up a rental after 2:45 PM, special arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.
The ODR staff is happy to assist you, but please remember that your vehicle, trailer, or SUV is your responsibility, and we are not liable for any damage.
