All reservation requests must be submitted in writing to the Splash Zone pool manager for approval at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Private party reservations are available only after the pool has closed to the public. The pool is available for private use from 6:15 to 10:15 p.m. daily during June - August.
- Rate is $100 per hour, with a minimum two-hour rental and must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of rental date.
- A minimum deposit of two hours is required to hold the date and must be paid at time of reservation.
- Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of the event date in order to receive a full refund.
- Sponsors will be responsible for the conduct of their guests, making sure that all rules and regulations governing operation of the pool are observed and adhered to at all times.

Use of the pavilion next door to the Splash Zone pool is included in your rental. All trash must be removed and placed in the dumpsters located on the back side of Letort View Community Center (LVCC) at the conclusion of your rental time.
Rentals must adhere to the 126 maximum capacity.
