You are invited to the Carlisle Barracks Welcome Picnic & Boatyard Wars on 7 August 2026 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.!

The Welcome Picnic will be held at Letort View Conference Center (LVCC) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Enter through the front of LVCC to pick up your meals or to purchase meal tickets on the day of the event.

Connect with the new students and cheer on seminar groups as they race each other in their hand-built boats! Enjoy a delicious picnic meal with family, live music by Mr. B, yard games for all ages, and the epic Boatyard Wars race you won’t want to miss!

Competing in Boatyard Wars is free mandatory fun for all AY27 STUDENTS! Come cheer your team to victory!

PLEASE REMEMBER: Splash Zone Pool will be closing at 3:00p.m. on Friday in support of Boatyard Wars & Welcome Picnic.
