Army Community Service (ACS)
Army Community Service (ACS) is a comprehensive blend of quality-of-life programs in support of Department of Defense (DoD) activities. The services offered through ACS are intended to provide education and information to assist Active Duty and Reserve Component Soliders, Warriors in Transition, DoD Civilians, Retirees, Veterans, Survivors and their Families. ACS is your Family readiness agency, providing free comprehensive, coordinated, and responsive services tailored to the needs of the entire Carlisle Barracks community.

Army Emergency Relief (AER)
AER provides loans and grants to eligible Active Duty and Retired Service Members and their Families to assist with emergency financial needs.

Army Emergency Relief (AER)
Army Emergency Relief is the U.S. Army's own nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating financial distress on the force. AER provides grants and zero-interest loans to Active Duty and Retired Soldiers and their Families. Over 4 million Soldiers supported since 1942. Army Family Action Plan (AFAP)
The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) is your platform to voice quality-of-life issues, feedback, ideas, and suggestions. It’s the best way to let Army leadership know about what works, what doesn’t, and how you think problems can be resolved. If you have an issue that is bigger than an ICE comment, and may be an Army wide problem, consider an AFAP submission.

Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated educational, housing, medical, community support and advocacy services to Families with special needs.

Family Advocacy Program (FAP)
FAP is dedicated to the prevention, education, prompt reporting, and intervention of domestic violence and community-based educational opportunities for Soldiers and Families on parenting, anger/stress management and communication skills. Briefings are offered on the prevention of domestic violence and child abuse. Crisis intervention is available with referral to appropriate agencies. FAP provides victim advocacy services for domestic violence.

Financial Readiness Program (FRP)
The FRP offers prevention education in personal financial management readiness and consumer affairs to Soldiers and Family members. Services including: Mandatory First Term Soldier Financial Training, budgeting counseling, retirement and financial planning, debt and credit management and insurance and investment planning.

Information, Referral & Follow Up Program (I&R)
The I&R program is the main source for integrated information on Carlisle Barracks and the surrounding communities. I&R assesses each individual's situation and makes a referral to the appropriate military or civilian agency.

Relocation Readiness Program (RRP)
The RRP assists Soldiers and Families as they relocate to and from Carlisle Barracks. RRP also provides resources and services to ensure a smooth settling in process.
