All positions start at $16.16 an hour and above.

Supervisory Chef NF-03 (Full Time)

  • Plans and manages the day-to-day operation of a food service program where sit-down restaurant dining and catering are a regular, substantial basis of the total food operation.
  • Develops daily, catering, and specialty menus.
  • Balances nutritional values of menus and ensures the quality of the total food service program.
  • Conducts regular inspections and evaluations to ensure safety proper food storage, kitchen sanitation, and overall efficiency of operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Cook NA-04 (Flex)

  • Performs a full range of simple cooking by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing.
  • Operates a variety of kitchen equipment using gas, electricity, steam or microwave heat sources. Disassembles, cleans and assembles component parts and accessories, following safety procedures to avoid personal injury and damage to the equipment.
  • Cleans other work areas and equipment, such as worktables, floors, walk-in refrigerators, etc., on an established cleaning schedule. Follows established sanitation procedures when handling food.
  • Prepares food, Weighs, measures, and assembles ingredients for regular and modified menu items, Mixes ingredients according to precisely written recipes, and makes cold sandwich fillings. Sets up and replenishes salad bar.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Bartender NA-03 (Flex)

  • Set up bars for operation, obtains cash bank and stocks service bar.
  • Assures an adequate stock level is maintained.
  • Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff.
  • Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated, resolves the problem or seeks assistance in accordance with established procedures.

Food Service Worker NA-01 (Flex)

  • Performs a variety of routine manual tasks in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures.
  • Prepares food by sorting, washing, peeling, and cutting fresh fruit and vegetables.
  • Clean kitchen equipment such as worktables, sinks and refrigerators. Separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses, and silverware. Loads and operate dishwashers. Stores cleaned dishes, glasses and silverware.
  • Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items such as salads, desserts, bread, and cold beverages on a serving line or tables.

Laborer (Special Events) NA-02 (Flex)

  • Responsible for providing operational support to activities who provides support to customers in various scheduled events and functions.
  • Performs duties alone or as a member of a work crew.
  • Responsible for conference room configuration, beginning with organizing tables, chairs, audio/video equipment from storage to actual setup of this furniture/equipment in accordance with established banquet/special event orders.
  • Responsible for breakdown and proper storage of the equipment in an efficient and organized manner at the conclusion of an event.

Recreation Aid (Facility Aid) NF-01 (Flex)

  • Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility.
  • Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
  • Performs facility cleanliness and/or monitors contracts.
  • Assists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material.
  • Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment.
