A simple, coordinated approach

SFAC acts as a central hub, helping reduce stress by coordinating services in one place.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Some services are available directly at SFAC
  • Other services are offered on scheduled days
  • Some needs are handled through priority off-site appointments, coordinated by SFAC staff

SFAC staff stay involved to make sure follow-ups happen and questions get answered.
