Body Blast

This high powered, total body, conditioning workout set to music works all major muscle-groups of the body. By using some of the following equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, resistance-tubing, the resist-A-Ball the step platform, the core Board and your own body weight.

This workout will build your endurance and speed your Metabolism for increased fat-burning. All fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga is a powerful mindfulness practice, it will give you 60 minutes of time for just you. You will increase your flexibility while building strength. Yoga keeps your joints healthy and will reduce your stress. Yoga is for everyone and everybody. Each class we begin with the breath. Then with Vinyasa flows we will warm up the body encouraging flexibility and strength. From there, we will work up to a more Hatha style of holding poses, aligning the mind, body and spirit. The ending if the class will be with finals relaxation methods. Start where you are - everyone's journey is different.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. According to Dr. Edward Laskowski the co-director of the Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center.

“Zumba is an aerobic activity that can count toward the amount of aerobic activity recommended for most healthy adults by the Department of Health and Human Services.”

Zumba Toning combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength Training workout. Students learn how to use lightweight toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.


Spin Class Indoor Digital.jpgSpin Cycling

Indoor Cycling is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class. The beauty of indoor cycling is that you can do it even when it’s raining or snowing outside!    Spin cycling is an effective and safe way for you to rise your cardiovascular fitness while increase in muscle definition in your legs and core. Here you set the pace, push your limits and see the benefits of spin. If you’re not feeling great, then you can take it a bit easier. If you had a bad day? Take your aggression out in the class.

Body Blast 30 Minute Workout

This is a 30 minute version of the 60 minute Body Blast class with the same fitness goals giving the participant with a restricted time schedule the opportunity to get a supervised HIIT workout in 30 minutes before going back to work. A great stress reliever.

Circuit 360

The Circuit 360 class is a full body workout with a combination of strength training and cardio designed to give all participants a full body workout. It's run using a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) format that alternates two 30 second periods of either aerobic or strength training exercise with a 15 second recovery period. The participants complete six stations 3 times. the workout takes about 35 minutes not including warmup and cool down. This is perfect for people with a limited amount of time to work out.

TRX for adults over 40

Exercise program designed to build and maintain strength, as well as improve balance, coordination and mobility.  TRX is a low-impact exercise, and movements can be easily modified to address any orthopedic issues.  In addition, strength training can help reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic diseases, including arthritis.

Barbell 30 minute workout

The Barbell 30 Min Workout Is a 30 Minute class which is Instructor led. This course teaches each student to properly perform basic weight lifting techniques such as Squats, Dead lifts, clings, Kettle bell Swings, high pulls and snatches and many more exercises utilizing kettle bells dumbbells and Barbells.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is the first fitness program based on professional kickboxing disciplines, coaching science, and mixed Martial arts training concepts. It is kickbox­ing for fitness using sports specific techniques with and without equipment and is the top calorie-burning workout at an average of 1000 calories per hour. Cardio Kickboxing is the fitness kickboxing program endorsed by the Intl Kickboxing Federation (IKF) and does not contain any of the elements found in karate, Traditional Aerobics class. It is not Tae Bo, Cardio Karate, or Karate and Aerobics choreographed to music, or a step bench trampoline, or swimming pool, ball, Dance moves with kicks and punches. Students wear 16 OZ Boxing gloves and punch and kick a punching bag.

Performance Fitness

Performance Fitness is varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All performance fitness workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time-or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
